I finally completed this bloody bugged quest. Dont know how . . . but when i finished CENT STORY ARC, after \"epilogue\" of this arc I see my friend Tarben on the horse riding around me on the road. So I marked this quest and finally finished it.Glad that its done. Hope you guys will have same luck as me
