E3's Data Center Modules are unlike any traditional data center. Our modules are flexible, scalable and inherently efficient.
Our modules give you all the advantages of modular construction (time to deployment, efficiency, high density, etc.) but unlike containerized data centers, they are easy to maintain due to their ladder rack above the racks and below the raised floor.
Advantages of Modular Construction

Cost Savings
-
Reduced Energy Consumption
-
Excellent Power Utilization Effectiveness
-
Lower Initial Investment
-
Higher Power Density
-
Only buy the infrastructure you need

Deployment Time
-
Construction occurs at the same time as permitting
-
Modules can be deployed in multiple stages
-
Monetize assets sooner

Flexibility
-
Deploy on rooftops, alleyways, indoors, outdoors, and in any climate
-
Modules can be as small as a tool shed or can comprise an entire data center
-
48 Different Size Configurations
-
Aluminum construction and lithium batteries are available for weight-limited deployments

Energy Costs

The chart above is a simple comparison of monthly energy costs of a 10MW data center. This is based on the average PUE of a data center, which is 1.7 according to the EIA. The EIA believes that this has dropped from 2.2 to 1.7 because of the implementation of water cooling, containment, and modular data centers. Realistically, the traditional data center could cost as much as $1,300,000 a month!

No Containers

Many of our customers switched to our modules after trying containerized solutions. As you can see on the right, ISO shipping containers are tiny and there is not enough room for proper maintenance.
This actually increases TCO above that of a traditional data center! Our modules are built to have a twenty-year lifespan, allowing you to reuse the same module for many generations of equipment.
